We ship from California by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on weight. Email notification will be sent when orders ship. Most designs are "made to order". Please allow 2 weeks turnaround time.

Satisfaction is guaranteed! All items are fully warranted for 1 year. Please contact us direct should the need arise to return any item for repair or replacement.
